Coface enhances the customer experience

One of the priorities of Fit-to-Win, Coface’s three-year strategic plan, is to enhance the service we provide to our clients.

One key area is with our online tools. In recent years, Coface has paved the way for digital innovation with a series of web-based services, including Dashboard and CofaServe.

Coface clients will discover a fully revamped version of CofaNet Essentials, the online management tool for credit insurance. The new Cofanet will feature a modernized look and feel, optimization for all mobile devices, and an enriched and customized user experience.

 

CofaNet Essentials comes with a new ‘entry-door’, that will bring enhanced capabilities for digital communication with customers, such as direct login to all Coface applications, targeted news and product documentation in all formats (text, audio, video), and convenient contact forms.
